The Haute Couture Address

25 Av. Montaigne, 75008 Paris, France

While welcoming filmmakers onto their premises, every hotel hopes that the film will become a hit at the box office and earn the public's love, thereby bringing attention to the filming location. However, it's always a gamble. But whether the final season of "Sex and the City" (2004) would be successful was not a matter of speculation. By the time the main character needed to stay in a Parisian hotel, the series had already made huge success worldwide, so the creators could choose from the best. Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) stayed in the suite of the Plaza Athénée hotel.

The hotel was also featured in the romance comedy-drama “Something’s Gotta Give” (2003), “The Smurfs 2” (2013) and served as the setting for the British-French film “Le Week-End” (2013).

Plaza Athénée is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hotels in Paris, located just steps away from boutiques like Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Prada. No wonder, the hotel website proudly describes it as The Haute Couture Address.
