Midnight at Le Bristol

112 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris, France

Woody Allen's film “Midnight in Paris” (2011) caused quite a sensation. One of the roles was played by Carla Bruni, who at the time was the First Lady of France. The premiere, which took place during the Cannes Film Festival, was eagerly anticipated not only at the Élysée Palace but also at the Le Bristol hotel located just across the road. After all, it was there that the main character and his bride's family stayed according to the plot. All the scenes were shot inside the hotel, and those who have been there will easily recognize the interiors.

The hotel is also mentioned in “Outcasts: A Seal Team Six Novel” by Stephen Templin and Howard E. Wasdin.
