In Picasso's childhood years, San Telmo School of Fine Arts was located in this building. Pablo’s father worked at San Telmo as a drawing teacher. Pablo was too young to officially study there, but sometimes he accompanied his father to work and some of his first drawing lessons took place in these classrooms.
