Bergaholm’s cemetery

Bergaholm, Södertälje, Sweden

Bergaholm's eastern burial ground is located approximately 370 meters east of Bergaholm's main building. The burial ground has a spread of about 230 x 100 meters and consists of 125 ancient remains. These include 73 round pavers, a square paving, a rectangular paving and about 50 raised stones, two of which have fallen over. The 50 erected stones mark burial mounds and are typical of the older Iron Age. The graves have not been examined. The Bornsjön nature and culture trail leads through the burial field.
