Elstree Studios situated in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire about half an hour from the heart of London is known as the birthplace of some of the most famous films in the world: Indiana Jones and Star Wars trilogies, Superman, The Shining and Labyrinth, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, to name just a few from an endless list.
