The rust-red station Rådhuset on Kungsholmen is very interesting to visit. There are so many great details to discover if you look carefully. There is a vegetables store, a chimney, a pile of wood, and a 17th-century portal.

Like some other stations on the Stockholm metro, it uses organic architecture, which leaves the bedrock exposed and unsculptured, appearing to be based on natural cave systems.

The underground station is named after Rådhuset (The Court House) right above the surface. The City Hall and the Police Headquarters are also located in the vicinity.
